Recommended sign panels: LusterBoard, Alumalite, Econolite and Omega–Bond

LusterBoard
LusterBoard can be fabricated with standard carpenter's tools. It can be shaped with a jigsaw, band saw, CNC router, and table or panel saws. LusterBoard 1/4" panels offer nearly the strength of a 1/2" sheet of MDO, and has excellent impact resistance. As with any wood-core product, LusterBoard must be edge sealed for outdoor use.

Alumalite and Econolite
These panels offer excellent UV and water resistance, are lightweight and strong, very easy to fabricate and install, warranted colorfast for 10 years and require no edge seal. Available in 12 colors designed to enhance the glossy surface of your graphics, these panels can be fabricated easily with a jigsaw, band saw, CNC router, and table or panel saws. Finished edges can be achieved by using color matched Edge Cap which can be heated and made to conform to the desired shape by wrapping the edges with vinyl, or by filling the flutes along the edges with a color matched caulk.

Omega-Bond
Omega-Bond panels feature a solid core construction, providing smooth edges for professionally finished cut-out shapes. Available in 6 combinations of 9 colors.
